What makes your Candles special?

Firstly we start with the wax, a high quality natural Soy wax. No impurities. Secondly we use high quality wicks and fragrances to ensure a clean burn with a fantastic 'pop' of fragrance. Lastly we're committed to improving our products and we're always searching for new fragrances to release!

What are the payment options?

We accept card and paypal payments on the Happi Candle store.

Are you candles Vegan?

Absolutely! All Happi Candles are Vegan. Also our candles are Animal cruelty free for extra piece of mind. One of our main goals is to make the product as natural and as eco friendly as possible.

Are you a Ethical company?

Yes absolutely and we will always strive to improve.
Firstly all our Wax and Dyes are Eco friendly and non toxic.
Our tins can be recycled assuming there is no remaining wax and subject to local recycling practises.
All of our fragrances are DEP (Diethyl Phthalate) Free.
Our wicks are Vegan friendly and use natural filaments to reduce carbon deposits.
Lastly where possible our packaging is recyclable. We also use a paperless system throughout the whole of the business.

Whats your shipping policy?

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Holidays.

My Candle is tunnelling

If your candle is ‘tunnelling’ it can be due to how long the candles are on. The longer the candles are lit the better it can heat the wax pool reducing the tunnelling, for some candles we recommend usage between 1-3 hours. Our candles should NEVER be used for over 4 hours.

How can I avoid my Tin blackening?

To avoid soot deposits from the candle you need to make sure the wick is trimmed before each new use. If you already have soot on the tin you can clean it with a damp paper towel.

How can I reduce the size of the flame?

To avoid large flames from the candle the wick needs to be trimmed before use.

What is your return policy?

You have 12 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt of proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or Original method of payment) You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
